You will be part of a 70+ specialised tech team consisting of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, QAs, and CRM Specialists, delivering innovative data, tech, and customer experience solutions. Most of our clients are household names and global brands in FMCG, retail, ecommerce, financial services, and travel, with a footprint in Greece but also across Europe and beyond.

We are currently looking for a passionate QA Engineer to help us build innovative applications. We are proud of the work we are doing to deliver top quality products and as part of QA team you will be responsible for maintaining our quality culture.

What’s your day-to-day

You will be working in a vibrant environment, so you can never expect to have just another typical day at work. It’s definitely not your comfort zone, but you will never get bored, that is a promise.

On any particular day you will be doing some of the following:

  • Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure quality of the product.
  • Review requirements, specifications and technical documentation, assist in the creation of user stories, ensuring that acceptance criteria are well defined.
  • Perform full functionality testing of the sprint’s stories, as well as regression, confirmation and performance testing.
  • Validate backend relational data and stored procedures in various SQL databases.
  • Write automated regression tests that will be incorporated in a CI/CD pipeline.
  • Participate in agile meetings such as daily stand ups, sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Assist the client with UAT.
  • Record, follow up and close identified defects.
  • Maintain test documentation, including test cases, scripts and data.

Minimum requirements:

To be considered for the role we ask that you:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in technical or equivalent discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience as a QA engineer.
  • Understand the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Have solid knowledge of QA process, testing types and techniques.
  • Have good knowledge of Agile principles and practices.
  • Can demonstrate experience with SQL.
  • Have basic programming and/or test automation skills.
  • Are fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Nice to haves

  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • ISTQB certification.
  • Familiarity with Azure and Amazon AWS.
  • Experience working with SQL Databases.
