Technical Pre-Sales Senior Manager

We are currently looking for a Technical Pre-Sales Senior Manager to join our expert Data & AI Transformation practice.

What’s the Role About?

In this role, you will be a pivotal part in the pre-sales process, working closely with clients to understand their technical needs and proposing tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. You will be responsible for ensuring that our solutions meet client requirements and are technically and financially viable, and for securing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges and technical requirements.

• Develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations that articulate Satori's value proposition.

• Have ownership of creating compelling, technically sound and financially viable proposals, ensuring they align with both client requirements and Satori’s capabilities.

• Collaborate with our Leadership Team and other key stakeholders to create and present compelling RFI and RFP responses.

• Design and propose customized analytics solutions that leverage Satori’s expertise in data and AI.

• Conduct technical workshops and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed solutions.

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations and commercial partners, serving as a trusted technical advisor.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data analytics, cloud technologies, and AI to ensure Satori’s solutions remain cutting-edge.

• Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure a smooth handover of projects from pre-sales to implementation.

• 5+ years of experience in a similar pre-sales or technical consulting role in the technology sector, with a focus on data engineering, cloud engineering, data science, or analytics.

• Strong understanding of data and AI technologies, including cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for non-technical audiences.

• Strong writing skills, including creating compelling proposals and RFP responses.

• Practical knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban/Lean) and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Fluency in English and Greek, with the ability to write and present to a high standard.

• Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies are a plus.

• Strategic and business acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities for account growth and additional services.
